Responsibility
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods to designated locations within scheduled timeframes.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure roadworthiness and report any mechanical issues.
- Accurately handle and verify delivery documents, including invoices, receipts, and delivery confirmations.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to company standards for hygiene and presentation.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure the well-being of yourself and others on the road.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to provide updates on delivery statuses.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Uphold a professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service during all interactions.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role, preferably in logistics or transportation.
- Strong knowledge of Bali's roads, traffic patterns, and delivery routes.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and the ability to perform minor troubleshooting.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Physical fitness to handle loading, unloading, and prolonged driving.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or driving are a plus.
