Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' emotional, psychological, and social needs.
- Develop and implement personalized counseling plans using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Engage clients and their support networks (family, caregivers) in a therapeutic and empathetic manner.
- Provide crisis intervention and emotional support to individuals experiencing distress.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and referrals when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical standards.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops on mental health topics.
- Stay updated on best practices in counseling and participate in continuous professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in counseling, casework, or mental health support.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centered approach.
- Familiarity with therapeutic modalities such as CBT, mindfulness, or trauma-informed care.
- Ability to work with diverse populations and cultural sensitivity.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Certification or licensure in counseling (e.g., LPC, LCSW) is highly desirable.
- Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality in client interactions.
