Responsibility
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food items are fresh, properly stored, and prepared in a hygienic manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain smooth operations during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to minimize waste.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Contribute to menu development by suggesting new dishes or improvements.
- Assist in training junior kitchen staff and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Cook or similar role in a professional kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards (e.g., HACCP).
- Culinary degree or certification is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
