We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to be part of our dynamic team, contributing to the creation of exceptional dining experiences in our SM Fairview/SM North Edsa-inspired branches across Bali’s most sought-after locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta.

Responsibility
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to standardized recipes and special orders, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
- Monitor and manage kitchen inventory, including ingredients and supplies, to ensure availability and minimize waste.
- Adhere to strict food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours, including efficient plating and timely order fulfillment.
- Assist in the development of new menu items and seasonal specials, contributing creative ideas based on local tastes and trends.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, including equipment, utensils, and storage areas.
- Work closely with the head chef and service staff to address customer feedback and adjust preparations as needed.
- Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance culinary skills and teamwork.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Cook or Chef in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or catering environment (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure and efficiency.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations, HACCP standards, and proper storage practices.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week, including weekends, public holidays, and overtime as required.
- Flexibility to be stationed at any of our Bali branches, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, or Kuta.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively.
