Responsibility

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Cook, Chef, or Kitchen Assistant in a hotel, restaurant, or resort setting.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations, HACCP, and sanitation practices.
  • Creativity and passion for culinary arts, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg).
  • Fluency in English or Indonesian is a plus; ability to understand basic kitchen terminology is required.
