Responsibility

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Ensure all food items are prepared fresh, on time, and meet the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
  • Assist in menu planning and development, bringing creative ideas to the table.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to uphold our culinary standards.
  • Work closely with the catering team to execute events flawlessly, from small gatherings to large-scale functions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Cook or Chef in a professional kitchen, preferably in a catering or high-volume setting.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Creativity and passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Certification in culinary arts or related field is a plus.
