Responsibility
- Assist the Director of Food and Beverage in overseeing all F&B operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
- Manage and mentor F&B staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement innovative menus, promotions, and events to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue.
- Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and ensure efficient procurement of supplies to maintain profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all F&B outlets.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and events, to create cohesive and memorable guest experiences.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to keep Bambu Fitness Bali at the forefront of the hospitality sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within the F&B industry, preferably in a luxury hotel, resort, or wellness center.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving operational efficiency.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the demands of the role.
