Responsibility

  • Take and process food and beverage orders accurately, adhering to venue standards and customer preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and guest facilities.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage billing with attention to detail.
  • Address guest inquiries, feedback, or concerns promptly and courteously, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Upsell menu items, promotions, or special offers to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.

Qualifications
