Responsibility
- Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a memorable dining or service experience.
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately, adhering to venue standards and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and guest facilities.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage billing with attention to detail.
- Address guest inquiries, feedback, or concerns promptly and courteously, escalating issues when necessary.
- Upsell menu items, promotions, or special offers to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications
- No prior experience requiredâfull training will be provided.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Basic English proficiency; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the venue.
