Responsibility
- Prepare and execute menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service during peak operating hours.
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and inventory levels to minimize waste.
- Execute various cooking techniques including grilling, sautéing, frying, and plating with precision.
- Assist in the preparation of mise-en-place for daily operations.
- Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures regarding food handling and safety.
Qualifications
