Responsibility
- Safely transport employees, clients, and company materials to and from designated destinations in a timely manner.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and operational readiness.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and trip logs.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure safe driving practices.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with luggage or materials as needed.
- Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or delays immediately to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure the cleanliness and proper upkeep of assigned vehicles at all times.
- Follow designated routes and schedules while adapting to changes or emergencies as required.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A or B) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in corporate or logistics environments.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws, road safety, and defensive driving techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with passengers and colleagues.
- Ability to read and interpret maps, GPS systems, and follow written or verbal instructions accurately.
- Physical fitness to handle loading/unloading of materials and assist passengers when necessary.
- High level of punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to perform minor vehicle maintenance or troubleshooting.
