Responsibility
- Safely transport passengers to and from designated locations in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain the vehicle in impeccable condition, including cleanliness, fuel levels, and routine inspections.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting passengers with luggage and ensuring a comfortable journey.
- Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations at all times to ensure passenger and vehicle security.
- Plan efficient routes using GPS and local knowledge to avoid delays and optimize travel time.
- Handle confidential information with discretion, especially when transporting high-profile clients.
- Assist with logistical coordination, including scheduling, pickups, and drop-offs as required.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or incidents promptly to management.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driverās license (preferably with a B1 or B2 class for larger vehicles).
- Minimum 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably in luxury or corporate transport.
- Familiarity with Baliās roads, traffic patterns, and key destinations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Defensive driving record with no major violations or accidents.
- Ability to work flexible hours (though standard schedule is 7 AM - 4 PM, 5 days/week).
- Professional appearance and customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge (e.g., checking oil, tires, fluids).
