Responsibility
- Provide courteous and professional transportation services to clients, ensuring a comfortable and safe journey.
- Pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations punctually and efficiently.
- Maintain the vehicle in excellent condition, including regular cleaning, inspections, and minor maintenance.
- Assist passengers with luggage and ensure their comfort and convenience throughout the trip.
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and the vehicle.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, dispatchers, and team members.
- Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance logs.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently, prioritizing passenger safety.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional driver, preferably in luxury or corporate transportation.
- Excellent knowledge of Bali’s roads, traffic patterns, and key destinations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Strong customer service skills with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Ability to speak basic English (preferred) to communicate with international clients.
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and the ability to perform minor repairs.
- High level of punctuality, reliability, and integrity.
- Physical fitness to assist with luggage and long driving hours.
