Responsibility
- Perform accurate verbal and written translations between Mandarin and Indonesian for business documents, reports, and internal communications.
- Act as a real-time interpreter during high-level meetings, negotiations, and video conferences.
- Review translated materials to ensure they maintain the original meaning, tone, and professional context.
- Assist the management team in cross-border correspondence and maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business information.
- Facilitate communication between international partners and local staff to ensure operational alignment.
- Support the administrative department with bilingual documentation management and filing.
- Stay updated with industry-specific terminology to ensure technical accuracy in all translations.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mandarin Literature, Translation, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in translation or interpretation, preferably in a corporate or international business setting.
- Native-level proficiency in both Mandarin and Indonesian; fluency in English is considered a strong advantage.
- Deep understanding of business etiquette in both Indonesian and Chinese cultures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle pressure.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in office software packages (MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Willingness to commit to a contract-based tenure and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
