Responsibility
- Operate resort shuttle buses and vehicles safely and efficiently according to established schedules and routes
- Provide courteous and professional transportation services for resort guests, including airport transfers and local excursions
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure safety and functionality
- Assist guests with luggage handling and provide information about resort amenities and local attractions
- Adhere to all traffic laws, resort safety protocols, and transportation regulations
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly to the transport supervisor
- Participate in regular safety training and driver assessments to maintain high service standards
- Collaborate with other resort departments to ensure smooth transportation operations
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driver's license (SIM A) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in hospitality or tourism sector
- Excellent knowledge of Bali roads, traffic patterns, and popular destinations
- Strong customer service skills with ability to interact professionally with international guests
- Basic English communication skills (additional languages are a plus)
- Physical ability to handle luggage and assist passengers with mobility needs
- Punctuality and reliability with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
