Responsibility
- Perform professional brow shaping, threading, tinting, and laminating services with precision and care.
- Provide lash lifting, tinting, and grooming treatments tailored to client needs.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend personalized brow/lash solutions.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and safety in all treatments.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products in brow and lash care.
- Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client experience and revenue.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a welcoming spa environment.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided for motivated candidates.
- Passion for beauty, grooming, and client care with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Certification in brow/lash services (e.g., threading, tinting) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with sanitation and safety protocols in beauty treatments.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak periods.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is advantageous.
