Responsibility
- Perform a full range of beauty treatments, including facials, body scrubs, waxing, and manicure/pedicure services with precision and care.
- Assist dermatologists or aesthetic doctors in pre- and post-treatment procedures, ensuring client comfort and safety.
- Conduct thorough skin analyses and recommend personalized skincare regimens tailored to individual client needs.
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards for all tools, equipment, and treatment rooms in compliance with clinic protocols.
- Educate clients on proper skincare routines, product usage, and lifestyle tips to enhance long-term results.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations to deliver world-class service.
- Manage client bookings, follow-ups, and feedback to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience.
- Uphold a professional demeanor and exceptional customer service to build lasting client relationships.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Beautician, Esthetician, or in a similar role within a spa, clinic, or luxury wellness center.
- Certification in beauty therapy, cosmetology, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Proven expertise in performing advanced skincare treatments (e.g., chemical peels, LED therapy, or microdermabrasion) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and their benefits for different skin types.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages, such as Indonesian or Mandarin, are advantageous).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate client schedules.
