Responsibility
- Provide high-quality haircuts, styling, and grooming services tailored to client preferences.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable hairstyles or treatments.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in men’s and women’s hairstyling, including fades, textured cuts, and color techniques.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance client experience and revenue.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the salon team to ensure a seamless and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously improve skills and techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barber or Hairstylist (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Certification or diploma in barbering, cosmetology, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of haircuts, styles, and grooming services.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
- Familiarity with sanitation and hygiene practices in a salon environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.

- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
