Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing recommendations and ensuring a personalized experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies, including liquor, garnishes, and glassware.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate POS systems efficiently.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless coordination during peak hours.
- Stay updated on the latest cocktail trends, techniques, and industry best practices.
- Uphold company policies and local regulations regarding alcohol service and responsible drinking.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume bar, hotel, or restaurant (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixing techniques, and beverage pairings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is advantageous.
- Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., kegs, cases).
