Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and beverages to the highest standards.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a memorable experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to avoid shortages.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Stay updated on the latest mixology trends and techniques.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
- Excellent knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service is a plus.
