Responsibility
- Set up, calibrate, and test electronic circuits, components, and mechanical assemblies to ensure optimal performance and compliance with specifications.
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic tests on complex systems, identifying and resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Document test procedures, results, and anomalies in detailed reports for quality assurance and process improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and refine testing protocols for new and existing products.
- Maintain and operate specialized test equipment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on production tools and machinery.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of junior technicians, sharing technical knowledge and best practices.
- Adhere to all company policies, industry regulations, and quality control standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production testing, calibration, or quality assurance role, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of electronic circuits, test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters), and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting and diagnostics.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong communication and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with ISO, Six Sigma, or other quality management systems is a plus.
- Willingness to work in shift-based or flexible schedules as required.
