Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of engineers and technicians to ensure all machinery, utilities, and facilities are maintained in optimal working condition.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery and systems to support production scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and efficiency enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations in the factory.
- Manage budgets for maintenance activities, including spare parts, tools, and external service providers.
- Prepare and present reports on maintenance performance, KPIs, and recommendations for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in maintenance, engineering, or facility management within a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of industrial machinery, utilities (e.g., HVAC, electrical systems), and production equipment.
- Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, including condition monitoring and reliability-centered maintenance.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and other maintenance software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Certifications in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) are highly advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
