Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, including mechanical and electrical systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures to ensure minimal disruption to production.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify potential issues and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports for all serviced equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards in all maintenance activities.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
- Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and operators as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and PLCs.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to maintenance.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
