Responsibility
- Operate and maintain coating equipment to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
- Monitor production processes to adhere to strict quality control standards and regulatory requirements.
- Perform routine inspections and tests on coated products to verify compliance with specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues with coating machinery to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate production records, including batch logs and equipment maintenance reports.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and product consistency.
- Assist in the training of new technicians and provide support to other departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent in a relevant technical field (e.g., Mechanical, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in coating operations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and safety guidelines.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to address equipment issues.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to changing production schedules.
- Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is a plus.
