Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of production staff to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Monitor production schedules, workflows, and resource allocation to meet targets and deadlines.
- Implement and enforce quality control standards to ensure product consistency and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, maintenance, and quality assurance) to optimize processes and resolve issues.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching, and identify training needs for team members.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing, logistics, or a related industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Proficient in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Knowledge of quality control standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma) and HSE regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with ERP systems or production management software is a plus.
- Bachelorâs degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
