Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of manufacturing operators to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Ensure a safe working environment by strictly enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular floor audits.
- Monitor production output and identify bottlenecks to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Provide coaching and development support to direct reports to enhance team performance.
- Maintain accurate production records and shift reports for management review.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues and equipment downtime.
- Manage shift scheduling and resource allocation to ensure continuous production flow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Chemical), Operations Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong leadership potential with the ability to manage diverse teams in a manufacturing setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for process improvement and problem-solving.
- Willingness to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule in a clean-room environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
