Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations to meet quality, safety, and efficiency targets.
- Lead, train, and mentor production staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with logistics to streamline inventory and distribution processes.
- Prepare production reports and analyze data to improve operational metrics.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or production.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in production management software (e.g., ERP, MES).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (if applicable).
