Responsibility
- Lead and supervise production teams to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Conduct regular quality checks to maintain product standards and customer satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.
- Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present production reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia.
