Responsibility
- Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment to ensure smooth workflow.
- Follow standardized recipes and procedures to produce high-quality coffee products consistently.
- Monitor production processes to identify and resolve any issues affecting quality or efficiency.
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished products to meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in packaging and labeling products for distribution.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Document production activities, including output quantities and any deviations from standard procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in food production or manufacturing is a plus.
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg).
- Basic understanding of workplace safety and hygiene practices.
- Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as needed.
