In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and presentation before reaching customers. Responsibility
- Accurately repack products according to specified quantities and packaging requirements
- Apply labels, barcodes, and other product identifiers with precision and care
- Inspect products for quality, ensuring they meet company standards before packaging
- Maintain organized workstations and ensure proper inventory management
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment
- Record production data and report any discrepancies or quality issues
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 6 months experience in production, packaging, or warehouse operations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Basic numeracy skills for counting and inventory management
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow safety procedures
- Basic English communication skills (preferred but not required)
