Responsibility
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.
- Monitor and control raw material and finished goods inventory to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure just-in-time material availability.
- Analyze production capacity and optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
- Implement inventory tracking systems and conduct regular audits for accuracy.
- Generate reports on production performance, material usage, and lead times for management review.
- Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and propose cost-saving or process improvement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies in material handling and storage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, material control, or inventory management within the textile/garment industry.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Odoo) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret production data and forecast demand.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and inventory optimization techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
