Responsibility
- Develop and maintain production schedules using SAP to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (procurement, warehouse, production) to align inventory levels with demand forecasts.
- Monitor and analyze material requirements, identifying potential shortages or excesses and implementing corrective actions.
- Optimize workflow processes to minimize lead times and reduce operational costs.
- Generate and present KPI reports on production performance, capacity utilization, and order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve logistical bottlenecks and improve supply chain resilience.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency in SAP.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all planning activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in production planning, preferably in manufacturing or electronics industries.
- Proven expertise in SAP PP/DS or SAP MM modules; certification is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise with global teams.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or demand planning methodologies is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
