Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspections of finished goods to ensure compliance with customer drawings and specifications.
- Perform dimensional checks, visual inspections, and functional tests as required.
- Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed quality records.
- Identify and report any defects or non-conformities to the production team for corrective action.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and company quality policies.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QC Inspector or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and inspection tools.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and other relevant quality certifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
