Responsibility
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and inventory targets.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and manufacturing teams to ensure on-time material availability.
- Monitor and analyze production capacity vs. demand to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.
- Optimize inventory levels to reduce holding costs while preventing stockouts.
- Generate and present daily/weekly/monthly reports on production performance, KPIs, and variances.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align forecasting models with business goals.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all planning activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or logistics within manufacturing.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise with internal and external teams.
- Knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and JIT (Just-in-Time) methodologies.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced MNC environment.
- Familiarity with ISO standards or other quality management systems is a plus.
