Responsibility
- Develop and maintain optimized production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products while balancing resource constraints.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to align material availability with production demands.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to prevent shortages or excess stock, minimizing waste.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, propose process improvements, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and present production reports, including KPIs, to management for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards in all planning activities.
- Support new product introductions by coordinating with R&D and production teams to integrate timelines seamlessly.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and maintain smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
