Work Schedule: Rotating shifts (Morning: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM / Night: 8:30 PM - 5:30 AM), 5 days a week.
Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes.
- Perform quality checks on products to meet company and industry standards.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Assist in the setup and adjustment of machinery as needed.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Basic understanding of machinery operations and safety protocols.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
