Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment in compliance with safety protocols
- Assemble, package, and inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment as needed
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Record and report production data, defects, or issues to supervisors
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training will be provided
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
