Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Perform regular quality checks on products to maintain high standards and minimize defects.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure safety and compliance with industry regulations.
- Troubleshoot minor machinery issues and report major problems to the maintenance team.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and productive environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Document production data, including output, downtime, and quality metrics.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in manufacturing is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Production Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with operating production machinery and performing quality checks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
