Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods from suppliers to warehouses and distribution centers.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping of stock movements.
- Liaise with transportation providers to schedule and track shipments, ensuring on-time deliveries.
- Resolve any logistical issues or delays promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to shipments, including invoices, delivery notes, and customs paperwork.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan inventory requirements.
- Implement and adhere to safety and compliance standards in all logistics operations.
- Utilize logistics software and tools to optimize routes and reduce transportation costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics coordination, warehouse management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for interacting with suppliers and partners.
- Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of customs regulations and import/export procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
