Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and output.
- Perform quality checks on products to maintain compliance with industry and company standards.
- Follow strict safety protocols and adhere to workplace health and safety regulations.
- Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to prevent downtime.
- Maintain accurate production logs, including output quantities, defects, and machine performance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist in setting up machines for production runs, including calibration and material loading.
- Report any mechanical issues, material shortages, or quality concerns to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing or mechanical fields is a plus.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) as a Production Operator or in a similar role within manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environments.
- Strong understanding of machine operation, quality control, and safety procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg).
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and production tracking systems.
- Willingness to work in shift-based schedules and adapt to changing priorities.
