Responsibility
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to produce medical devices according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Perform routine inspections and quality checks on products to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace to prevent accidents and contamination.
- Document production data accurately, including batch records, equipment logs, and quality control reports.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report any significant malfunctions to maintenance personnel.
- Assist in the setup and changeover of production lines to accommodate different product specifications.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant industry standards at all times.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize production processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and quality control principles.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg as required by the role.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to changing production schedules as needed.
