Responsibility

  • Operate and monitor automated and semi-automated production machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Perform daily pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on assembly lines.
  • Ensure all production activities comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and standard food safety regulations.
  • Monitor product quality during the packaging and processing stages, quickly flagging any deviations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by implementing 5S principles.
  • Document hourly production output, raw material consumption, and downtime logs accurately.
  • Collaborate closely with technical maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment failures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) graduate, preferably majoring in Mechanical, Electrical, Food Technology, or Chemical Engineering.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Production Operator, preferably within the Food & Beverage (F&B) or FMCG manufacturing industries.
  • Solid understanding of GMP, HACCP, cleanroom protocols, and K3 (Workplace Safety) standards.
  • Willingness to work in a rotating shift schedule, including night shifts and weekends.
  • Excellent physical health, stamina, and manual dexterity for machine handling.
  • Strong discipline, punctuality, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
