Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products.
- Develop and implement production schedules, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor and optimize resource allocation, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the production facility.
- Lead, mentor, and train production staff to foster a high-performance and collaborative work environment.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and quality assurance teams to streamline operations.
- Prepare and present production reports, performance metrics, and budget analyses to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a production or manufacturing management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving operational excellence.
- Proficiency in production planning tools, ERP systems, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations, safety standards, and quality control processes.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
