Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal performance and output quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to minimize downtime.
- Follow strict safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality control standards.
- Maintain accurate production logs, including output quantities, machine settings, and downtime records.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot technical issues and improve efficiency.
- Adhere to production schedules and meet daily/weekly targets as assigned by supervisors.
- Assist in setting up machinery for new production runs, including calibration and material loading.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar production role.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, or work orders.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in operating industrial machinery.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality assurance principles.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy materials (up to 20 kg).
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) or ISO standards is a plus.
