Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet project deadlines and client requirements.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure timely material availability and resource allocation.
- Monitor job progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Optimize production processes to reduce lead times and improve cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare and present reports on job status, resource utilization, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies in all planning activities.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to incorporate design changes and process improvements.
- Utilize ERP or production management software to track and update job orders, inventory, and workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or a similar role within manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Superb organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
