Responsibility
- Assist the production team in daily garment manufacturing operations, including cutting, sewing, and quality checks.
- Support inventory management by tracking raw materials and finished products.
- Collaborate with supervisors to ensure adherence to production schedules and deadlines.
- Participate in quality control processes to maintain high standards of product excellence.
- Learn and apply industry best practices for fabric handling, pattern alignment, and assembly techniques.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company policies.
- Document production activities and report any discrepancies or issues to the team lead.
- Engage in team meetings and training sessions to enhance technical and operational knowledge.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for quality in garment production.
- Basic understanding of sewing techniques, fabric types, or production workflows (a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
