Responsibility
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on equipment operation and maintenance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proven experience in production or equipment engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
