Responsibility
- Operate, program, and maintain CNC machines to produce high-precision mechanical components.
- Oversee fabrication processes, including cutting, welding, and assembly of metal parts.
- Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in CNC machining and assembly lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows and reduce downtime.
- Implement safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to meet industry standards.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on CNC operations and mechanical assembly techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC machining, fabrication, or mechanical assembly.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Mastercam).
- Strong knowledge of G-code, CNC programming, and precision measurement tools.
- Experience with metal fabrication techniques (welding, bending, cutting).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation.
