Responsibility
- Oversee and manage process release and mass production activities to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with R&D, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to resolve production issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze production metrics (e.g., yield, cycle time, OEE) and propose data-driven solutions for performance enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations (e.g., ISO, IATF 16949) in all manufacturing operations.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for production defects and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Support the introduction of new products and technologies from prototyping to full-scale production.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in production engineering, manufacturing, or process improvement within the electronics, automotive, or semiconductor industries.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
- Proficiency in process simulation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks), MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), and data analysis software.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills in English.
- Experience with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other quality management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Willingness to relocate to Badung, Bali (relocation assistance may be provided).
