Responsibility
- Accurately encode and maintain production data, including batch records, inventory levels, and quality control logs.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure real-time tracking of materials and finished goods.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
- Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies in production records.
- Assist in inventory audits and reconcile stock levels with system entries.
- Support the implementation of process improvements to streamline encoding workflows.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for data integrity.
- Provide administrative support to the production department as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data encoding, inventory management, or a related administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic database management.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of bakery or food production processes is a plus.
