Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- Coordinate logistics for domestic and international travel, including itineraries, visas, and accommodations.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively address them to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Liaise with high-level clients, partners, and team members to facilitate seamless collaboration.
- Manage expense reports, invoices, and other administrative tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar).
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems proactively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work outside standard business hours when necessary.
- Experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership is highly preferred.
